The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as these terms.
3. Informative nature of the content
The content of the Website (articles, guides, calculators and other materials) is provided for information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or tax advice, does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not replace the individual analysis of each case by a professional.
In particular, the results of the calculators available on the Website are indicative estimates based on the legislation in force on the date stated in each tool and on the data entered by the user. The tax due or the amount of the forced share in a real case may differ depending on reductions, valuations, imputations and circumstances not covered by the tool. The owner accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of such estimates.
The professional relationship with the firm is formalised solely by means of the corresponding engagement letter signed by both parties, in accordance with Bar regulations.

All content of the Website — texts, graphic design, logos, images, source code, tools and structure — is owned by de Boet & Asociados or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of such content without the express written authorisation of the owner is prohibited, except for personal and private use. Excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original page.
The name "de Boet & Asociados" and its logo are distinctive signs of the firm. Unauthorised use may give rise to the appropriate legal action.
5. Terms of use
The user undertakes to make diligent, proper and lawful use of the Website and, in particular, not to use it for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith; not to introduce or spread viruses, malicious code or any system that may cause damage; not to attempt to access restricted areas; and not to use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial communications.
The owner may block access to users who breach these terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
6. Disclaimer
The owner does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Website or the absence of errors in its content, although it takes reasonable measures to keep it up to date and operational. It is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical failures or interference beyond its control.
The Website may contain links to third-party sites (public bodies, official gazettes, map services). The owner does not control those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or policies.
7. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through the Website is governed by the Privacy policy. Information on the use of cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie policy.
8. Professional secrecy and confidentiality
All information sent by the user to the firm through the Website's contact channels will be treated with the confidentiality inherent in legal practice and under the duty of professional secrecy laid down in article 542.3 of the Organic Law on the Judiciary and the applicable rules of professional conduct.
